Many of us having raised the "created" Video as evidence issues here even years ago.

BUT! Now adding AI into the situation will only further allow Radicals & Governments to create evidence, as needed for convictions.

#2 Fasten your self belts boys and girls. It's only going to get even more bizarre this campaign season.

Stop and imagine the ultra Far Lefts's for lying, creating and staging deflection. While promoting perversion for election just 190 days away and counting.

Now add AI assistance to the generated Vid's, to greatly increase the difficulty in telling real from AI generated.

BTW: there are a few examples already out there...

#4 There used to be a saying that "the camera never lies, but the photographer chooses what story to tell". In other words, composition and framing mattered. Examples are the "crowd shot" that only shows a half-dozen people, but up close, from a low angle, it looks like a mass demonstration. Another favorite is the bombed out street with a forlorn, but surprisingly pristine, stuffed animal lying in the road.

With the invention of Photoshop, photographic evidence went out the window. Items could be added or removed from an image and depending on the operators skill, the results could be hard to notice. Face replacement and set extensions (adding stuff that was never there) are computer graphics staples in the movie industry now.

With generative AI, the situation has gotten worse. Audio and video can be hallucinated into existence on demand. The more data you have on the subject, the better the results are. As a consequence, it is easier to fake someone famous saying or doing something that never happened. It will only get worse as the tools and techniques get better and become more available. Say goodbye to evidence!

#5 There are videos all over YouTube about how to create composite images, comparing the results from various apps and what reveals they were not take at once from nature. Once seen that kind of virtual reality thingy can’t be unseen.
