#8 I'm not sure why these miscreants even attempt this crap. Places like B'desh, India (everywhere) are so densely populated that it is impossible to commit an act like that without there being literally hundreds of eyewitnesses.

And a lot of the people you find on the street are from the villages, and pretty much live on the street. They have no reservations about thumping bad actors, and they all want to get their shot in.
