#2 That's the problem with talking crazy all the time. People find it as boring as a Carrot Top comedy routine. It they had just said nothing for a long time an then talked crazy before they blew up the patrol boat they would have established some kind of causal relationship that they could have used to intimidate the current administration periodically for some goodies. Talking crazy all the time just leads to isolation. For example, people often give money to polite and coherent homeless persons. People steer clear of homeless people who are conversing with invisible entities.
