#4 This may or may not (hopefully it does) force the Mexican Govt to actually confront the issues.

Big one being the cartels that are running the 'coyote' and drug smuggling rackets. Probably too many politicos tied into those and profiting, though.

The other one being the so-called NGO's that organize and abet the 'caravans'.
