#5 I'm trying to figure out where pronoun harassment lies. When addressing the person: "you" or the name. I can see that "Lardbutt" is probably an uncomfortable address, maybe even harassing.

But if the person isn't present, how is he going to know you're calling him "he" instead of "Xi"?
