#7 States and cities are not allowed to enforce federal laws like immigration. Why should Federal forces be called in to enforce state and city laws?

Yes, they are supposedly only enforcing federal gun laws. But let's face it - if an ATF agent busts someone who has violated state, but not Federal laws, he will be turned over to the local cops.
