That old racist Monroe Doctrine was about our backyard that now seems to be more than a tad unfriendly. Just sayin perhaps ole Jimbo was on to something about paying attention in your own hemisphere?

Maybe if we got their pro-nouns right and offered to send billions to pay for their government salaries we might get better illegals from them?
