#5 Sovereign Immunity is the biggest bunch of BS you have ever heard of, but unfortunately, it is a long-time concept, not a recent invention. It is a horror that has destroyed more lives than almost any other legal doctrine in existence. It is pathetic that judges allow such a thing to exist, and shocking to me that people don't react to its application with force far more often.
