#6 Kremenchug defense plant is/was about 85 meters (~280 ft) from the Amstor center at their closest actual building points. I'm not counting the factory's outdoor storage lean-tos.

Based on Google Earth, the factory's fence line is just over 30 meters (~100 ft) from the shopping center building.

'Close' as in horseshoes and hand grenades, but not precision.
