#7 A passionate and moving speech that will go a long way to building bridges with the law enforcement community. TOTALLY NOT! After doubling down like that, I'm guessing she has her sights on a bigger political prize than a Baltimore city position, something state maybe?

I understand why she brought those lame-ass charges. They needed to keep the citizens from burning the city down. It also bought them time buy off some of the 'community organizers', like the BLM guy who got a $165,000 city job.

But jeez, at the cost of burning down relations between the prosecutor's office and the cops in a city that already had a crime problem? That's sure to pay dividends in the future.

Prediction: that speech just bought 2 cop killings and a mini-riot or two next time some black guy gets arrested.

On a positive note, this whole affair may jump-start another season of "The Wire".
