#2 Blue-green algae are the most efficient photosynthesizers on earth and have very high oil concentrations (50% or more). It makes a heck of a lot more sense than converting corn kernels to oil and alcohol. The process works best when scrubbed smoke stack CO2 is dissolved into the water.
