#9 depends which Minnesota you're talking about, Twin Cities or the rest of the state with a deer rifle in every closet and a shooting range in nearly every town. I note that the Somali community in central MN is very polite and easy to get along with (see above: deer rifles & shooting ranges)

#10 In my Homeland Security days, 10 years ago, we had a chance to get some insight into the small colonies in San Diego and the Bay Area. Tribal kleptocracy, taxicab reconnaissance, widespread fraud, and violently sharia-based Islamic attitudes. Importing these people is nuts! When asked of a federal homeland security analyst what was the basis for the refugee policy from the 80's being maintained, we were told that they were minority and muslims and there was no will to be seen refusing them.
