Possible incorrect political and media narrative. Paddock, (like Tsarnaev Bros, MAJ Nadal Hasan, and 9/11 bombers) was "on FBI's radar."

#6 If this was a plan by ISIS, they could done way more damage per dollar invested by donating the same resources to the Biden campaign. Going forward, hey can leave all the messy beheadings to the Planned Parenthood obstetricians and just provide max support to Schumer and Pelosi's team during the 2022 election cycle.
