was $77/bar on Sept 26

OPEC was producing about 30M bar/day before the pandemic.

They went down to about 24M during the summer of 2000. Since then it has crept up again and they have averaged about 30M during 2022.

#3 Gotta feeling nearly all of the OPEC cuts are Russian. Even at a $30/barrel discount, they couldn't sell and ship enough of the oil they are producing and will, or already, have to reduce production.
