#1 President General Pervez Musharraf said the United Nations and other international organisations had termed Pakistans efforts for the reconstruction of quake-devastated areas better than efforts carried out in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in the US and the Tsunami disaster that hit South and Southeast Asia.

Which explains all we need to know about how Pakistain remains mired in the ~~stone-age~~ seventeeth century, on a good day.
