#1 If we have learned anything as Americans during the last seven years, it's that we must remove from our thinking the phrase, It can't happen here.

It CAN happen here. It is happening.

Buckle your seatbelts

#2 While I don't see a "Conservative States of America" (CSA) ☺ in the near future.

I do see liberals openly circumventing our US Constitution. So have States start charging such persons/Politicians with violating Civil Rights.

I would welcome Laws and Amendments that:

LIMIT DC powers to what they were to have been to begin with.

3 elected term limitation with a 5 year prohibition before being allowed to run again.

Forbidding any elected official from association with any company that they received donations from and/or steered contracts for 10 years to include backdoor $$$$ via Family/Friends.

Limiting donations to $25 per voter and $5,000 per 501 #c registered SIG per election cycle.

Require all MEDIA to OPENLY declare their political position of support or neutrality.

Remove the current Civil Lawsuit immunity for Politicians who make threats and slanderous comments.

To name a few.

#3 Require all MEDIA to OPENLY declare their political position of support or neutrality.

And treat their slanted coverage as in-kind campaign contributions, subject to the campaign finance laws

#4 #2: its coming. When biden charges Abbott with usurpation of federal powers vis-a-vis the border. I don't see any way the current country can remain. Jefferson said that the tree of freedom must be watered with the blood of patriots. I do not want a 'civil war' but i do want a new constitution free of all 'penumbras' and equal justice applied to all. I don't see any way to get a conservative nation using the existing constitution. Yea, Greg Abbott.

#5 Reason #4: these mofos are certifiably insane.

Can anyone make sense of today's fresh burst of lunacy?

Biden releases 'gender equity' plan that calls for eliminating cash bail

#6 They have set the stage with the massive lies and partial truth about Jan 6, and the "white supremacist" meme, precisely as a predicate for what is coming. Is it possible these latest outrages on the border, Afghanistan, inflation, supply shortages, climate bullshit, and not this amazing stupidity, are all provocations to elicit a poorly organized, fragmented public reaction? One that can be the justification for massive military reaction, the demise of the 2A, and creation of the national police force? Inquiring minds wonder...

#7 ^ Yes. Never could have imagined this, but the provocation thesis is becoming more and more plausible with each passing day. There is no other way to explain this swelling concatenation of idiocies

#8 I'll accept secession only if it's based on a precinct-by-precinct basis. Anything else would be tyranny for far too many. Just because 20% of Colorado has 85% of the population does not justify forcing me to live to THEIR whims, especially since they're too stupid to think beyond their wish for "free stuff".

#9 I agree. Its just the costal region of CA and WA (not sure abut Oregon) which are blue.

Besides - you'd want a port on the pacific coast outside of Alaska.
