#1 If he had been tried in a Military Tribunal, we wouldn't need a judge to talk to him...

Such are the joys of putting terrorists from foreign countries, non-citizens, into our Bizarro World judicial system instead of military court.

I guess the administration either doesn't want good intelligence or they don't want to admit we are in a war...probably both.
