#3 I love it. What does this say about the credibility of the Nobel peace prize committee? Carter mediated this arrangement. But even scarier, what does this say about the credibility of the other Nobel awards? Like in Medicince and Physics?

#4 I think the list of Nobel peace laureates speaks for itself (nobel.se/peace/laureates/index.html).No prize for Churchill, FDR or Reagan, but they did give one to Gorby just before he sent tanks to run over peaceful demonstrators in Estonia.
