#1 I don't know what changed - but give whoever is in charge a promotion. This is like watching a neighborhood bully suddenly greeting everyone with a cheery, "Good Morning!" "Would you like me to carry your books for you today?" "Can I help you with that?" "Have a nice day!"

It's kinda discomforting and odd.
