#1 Some how I don't think the BNP is a bunch of dumb clucks in sheets as they are made out to be in the British press. Fed up with being second class citizens in their own homeland with no response to their desires and needs from the current political parties is likely more true. Telling the truth the political elites don't want to hear is more like it.

#4 Some how I don't think the BNP is a bunch of dumb clucks in sheets I wouldn't bet on it. A few years ago a good friend of mine was unfortunate enough to have two BNP members as brothers in law. Talk about dumb and dumber. Both were arrested for football hooliganism. Spent hours practicing their story. Had it word perfect. Each backed the other up they were just innocent bystanders. Then at the trial the prosecution produced TV footage that showed one of them giving a good kicking to a policeman who was on the ground. Both went to prison.

#5 Aye, the BNP are stupid fascists. However, they're going to start attracting wider support when the balloon eventually goes up over here. I do have some sympathy for Griffin - compare his words with the criticisms of the Christian/Hindu/Jewish faiths voiced by Abu Hamza outside Finsbury Park mosque. Seafarious has it in a nutshell.

#7 There was also this one when some BNP members mistakenly hired a black DJ because he "sounded white over the phone", and other members of the party ofcourse walked out of the hotel at the outrage of having black people around.

"Traditionally someone stands and says what's happened in the year or in the elections. But it was a bit difficult to say we were even the BNP. We even had to be careful what we said when we did the raffle so we didn't offend this guy."

Can't fault them for being stupid enough to say what they think even if they are bigots. Repressing them just makes that type more popular if anyone ever botherd to notice. I have noticed however lots of the criminals I see a BBC online don't look anglo saxon so I am sure they (The BNP) get quite a bit of a receptive hearing in many quarters.

#9 Yup, they're getting more and more of a following for obvious reasons - eventually the scales will tip and a major political party (3 guesses who) will seize the immigration/integration issue for mainstream discussion (and not a day too soon.)
