#2 The federal government wants to change its current rules to permit convicted arsonists to get special licenses so they can drive gasoline tankers and trucks loaded with explosives and hazardous material

#3 Of course this makes sense. Allow arsonists to drive large trucks filled with flammable/explosive materials and they soon become murderers, after which they won't be allowed to drive such things any more. See how clever this is?

#6 It makes perfect sense. See, a arsonist could claim to be a pyromaniac, which is a mental illness. Therefore, refusing to hire him would be descriminating against him because of a medical condition which is forbidden by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
