#2 There is an Indian joke about Bihar.

Pervez Musharraf calls the Indian PM on the phone "I want Kashmir"

The Indian PM says "ok, but you have to take Bihar as well"

Musharraf says "Sorry, wrong number" and hangs up the phone.

Another tells of a Japanese delegation that visits Bihar. They note the mineral wealth and vast cheap labor - a hundred millions potential factory workers.

They say "Let us run Bihar for twenty years. We will turn it into another Japan"
The Chief Minister of Bihar, laughs.. "Let me run Japan for two years, I will turn it into Bihar"
