#4 I can't eat buffalo meat unless I sprinkle heavy salt and pepper on the cut. They won't replace cattle.

#5 Snease, you're probably not cooking it right.

Make the following marinade: Olive Oil, soy sauce, fresh garlic (I stir the marinade vigorously with a fork to mix it up together)

Marinade the cut for a few minutes (at least), or as long as you want.

Cook to medium rare.
