#3 Well Brits, you're the ones who thought it was a good idea to lay your sovereignty down and join the EU in the first place. This just goes with the territory. Sympathy meter reading: still zero.

Slippery slope, BPIB. Slippery slope. Where will Britain's sovereignty be in 20 years? I hope there are a helluva lot more peolpe like you who can reverse the trend. To hell with the EU, to hell with the euro. Once great Britain can be again.

#7 There must be lead in the water in Brussels - the EU bureaucrats always over-react to everything. Someone needs to tell Brussels where to go, and I don't expect polite phrases. The rest of Europe is being destroyed by over-regulation and inept bureaucracies.

In the States, I think(hope) we'd have a revolution. I don't know if Europe knows how to do that any more.

#8 I knew the EUroeux were going down the tubes when they decided they could regulate the curvature of a banana.

They're freakin' insane.

Pay attention, people - this crap is where we're headed if the Dems get power.
