#2 And yet despite exporting so many of our criminals to Houston, the New Orleans homicide rate is still way up. Guess we imported more criminals from somewhere else than we exported to Houston.

#4 In New Orleans, for the past few months, it seems the absolute rate is up, so the per capita rate is WAY up.
