#1 Just send the list to State and ask for their Diplo status to be 'unrecognized'. Then let the NYPD gank their limos for unpaid tickets.

#4 I'm not leaving. Someone has to carry on the important international business ~~and affairs~~ of the U.N. Besides I like the perks and me my extended family and friends can make lots of money.
