#2 So doctors inserted two catheters in the chest wall that fan out over his injured ribs, delivering healthy doses of local anesthetic, reports Durham. They hope that will help relieve enough pain to reduce the governor's need for morphine.

wow Crash CorzineĀ™ is f*cked up. I've never heard of thatr anesthetic used in that way. That's alot of pain..

#6 Hey, his vehicle was traveling over 90 mph. He was not wearing a seat belt. In most States it is the law to wear a seat belt. One of those guys who says: Do as I say. However, it doesn't apply to me.

#8 Here's and oldie but a goodie for you, governor...

"Buckle up for safety, buckle up
Buckle up for safety, everybody buckle up!
Show the world you care, by the belt you wear,
Buckle up for safety, everybody buckle up!"

#10 Medical note: local delivery of anesthetics to the injured region with a catheter is a new way of delivering pain relief. It means less need for opiates which might depress his respiration. Smart idea, and I've seen it done here.
