#9 IOW, the General has indirectly but publicly affirmed that post-Cold War Russia remains a threat to Europe, has ambitions in Europe, and that it isn't afraid to admit or infer its singular unilateral threat to Europe. CLEARLY THE EUROS DON'T NEED US GMD.
