#3 If a person was to encounter an act of vandalism like this, and shoot and kill the perpetrator, would a jury convict? Likely not in Houston. Likely so in San Franscisco. That would be a good question for distinguishing 'true' America from false America. Sadly, I fear true America is fast becoming the minority.
