But I don't know what the 'TK 3' means.

A lakh = 100,000 Pakistani rupees = $1,633.

#6 Duh. The 'Tk' means the Taka, the Bangladesh currency. 1 Tk crore = 10,000,000 taka = $146,145 at today's rate.
