#3 Let Turkey take them.

"Secular" turkey already has pretty much cleansed itself of all non-muslim minorities during the course of the century, even though they were historically important (and older than the muslims), and even its sufi brands of islam have been smothered in favor of sunnism I'm not sure they would be welcome and safe there.
