#7 Yes but the Dems know that without enough political cover, this would be seen as an attempt at a coup de tat by the present Administration. There is NO historical precedent in the US for this type of political witch hunt, which is one of the main reasons that the US enjoys peaceful transfers of power between Administrations of different parties.
