#1 A Yemeni official contacted by ABC News insisted that the attacks were carried out by Yemen, not the United States.

So, this means there's a Yemeni Sgt. in a cubicle at the base in the Nevada desert, and when the man (or woman!) in blue says, "push this button", that's Yemen carrying out the attack?

How diplomatic!
