#3 So with this and with Arizona, the Feds are saying "you have no right to enforce federal laws". Well, fine, then we obviously shouldn't be enforcing any other Fed laws either. Putzes.

#4 No city or state can enforce Immigration Ordinance. The 57 percent of the 45 percent have placed the city in a financial black hole. Were the financing drain has no end and it's not reversible in a short run prior to the damages incurred by the recidents. I look for the DOJ will also file a suit against the city.
