#5 I'm thinking Ms. Oppenheimer made the call. Has Pakistan been bombed out of existence? O.K., then it is still a failed state. Rantburg might need a "Failed State Meter"--just a suggestion. It would read zero in this case.

Namely because vast swathes are a no-go zone . Get them under control , and maybe , just maybe in 1000 years , Pakistan might make it to the 21st century
