#1 Well I for one am shocked, **SHOCKED** I SAY that the democratic party would disenfrancise those who are fighting and dying for us overseas.

But of course if one single felon, dead, or imaginary democrat voter so much as get questioned about their identity - it'll be *RACISM* and there will be HELL TO PAY!

Why, I remember last week, there I was, eating at a nice restaurant. Came time to pay up I discovered I'd forgotten my wallet.

And just a week before that I disenfranchised the entire U.S. Air Force.

#6 Queerly enough, the Justice Department are getting involved.

The New York State Board of Elections expects to get hit as early as Tuesday with a lawsuit from the U.S. Department of Justice targeting counties violating a federal law that protects military voters, the state boards chairman told FoxNews.com.

The legal action would mark the most aggressive federal intervention yet amid an ongoing debate over how to enforce compliance with the 2009 Military and Overseas Voters Empowerment Act , known as the MOVE Act. The Department of Justice is expected to intervene in several New York counties that missed deadlines intended to ensure that overseas ballots are sent, received and counted on time.

#7 Wisconsin tried to get a 'hardship' exemption from the Move Act for 2010.

No exemption granted at the federal level, yet the illustrious Wisconsin Elections Board will still endeavor to muck up the military vote somehow. Feingold IS up for re-election ya know (along with a host of other socialists).
