#2 During the 60s and 70s student disruptions, these people could be seen filling the crowds. Hanger-on's, street people, wannabees, collegiate groupies who weren't part of the college or university population but who stuck around like flies to dung. They added to the problems of those just trying to attend and get a decent education.
