Reform...al-Assad...Really? Even the most casual observer knows that Pencilneck's very existence depends on thuggish brute-power bankrolled and propped up by a ruthless criminal syndicate. Second, the only "reform" his opposition will accept is for him and his henchmen to do the dangle-dance at the end of piano wire.
For an Administration that was promoted to be soooo much smarter then their predecessors sometimes they really come off sounding like fools.
