#1 Rangel's back at it. Oh, he never quit the shell-game shenanigans? There was a very brief interruption while he was the star witness at House hearings and then back to the same old same old funneling of the Federal largess to his constituents and favorite causes. Is he still storing his car in the House parking garage in the long-term parking area?
