#1 Lohan "apparently leaped up from his balcony and grabbed a hold of the roof. He then must have scurried across the roof (about 30 feet) until he thought he was hanging over top of the next balcony," according to the police report.

Lohan let go but missed the balcony, the report said, and he "came crashing down on top of wooden high chairs that were laying on the ground." Police caught up with him as he was hiding among some trees.

If he needs gainful employment after getting out of the hoosegow, he has a bright future as a movie stuntman.

#6 If that's all he did, sure. The article says he was acccused of "beating up" his girlfriend. The two apparently have quite a history and appear to richly deserve one another.
