#1 IMO this another worrisome sign among many lately that CHINA is getting ready to drop most of its historical preference/policy ala "Soft Power/Diplomacy", + instead BEGIN USING THE POWER OF THE PLA TO MILITARILY ENFORCE + PROTECT ITS TERRITORIAL CLAIMS VEE THE "FIRST ISLAND CHAIN".

IMO "MARSHAL" = here means more "Marshal" of the North Korean military forces of the Chinese PLA, N-O-T "Marshal" of the [sovereign] North Korean People's Army, by and for the same.
