#2 ....it is transmitted only by rodents native to the area and is not believe to be capable of surviving naturally in rodents in the United States.

#3 This is the same lab that went underwater during Hurricane Ike, and I'm not making that up. You gotta wonder about putting a biolab on an island in the path of tropical storms, besides that doctors like to live at the beach.
As a side note, immigrants on Houston's east side are coming down with what they call 'Hugo's Revenge', and I AM making that up.
