#1 per al arabiya, in July 2013, Badei condemned the removal of Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi by the Egyptian military stating "I swear by God that what (Gen. Abdel-Fattah) al-Sissi did in Egypt is more criminal than if he had carried an ax and demolished the holy Kaaba, stone by stone."

I suppose that's spiritual leader stuff not incitement to murder

#2 I'm always bemused about the media's casual labeling of murdering, barbarian, front men as "spiritual leaders".

They foster images of tea-sipping, effete, snobs sitting around while the headsmen sharpen the axes.
