#4 I doubt that there is any conservative organization that can boast a remotely comparable list of corporate supporters.

I'm not so sure of that. I think a lot of corporations hedge their bets by contributing to both sides. Maybe it isn't even hedging their bets. It's making sure that politicians on both sides of the aisle are all part of the same kleptocracy.
