#7 From reading BdelNarco and BB, it is getting more and more obvious that the PRI is not fighting the narcos but "managing" them...i.e. is a Narco organisation itself...just see how the Self defense groups are treated, ENEMIES!!!...but what can you expect from a bunch of communists!

A subtle change, but I think that the army is not sending out as many patrol as they were, or are at least changing up patrols to catch the bad guys. Bad guys are dying in Mexico to be sure, but not in the super sized quantities, but they are shuffling off to hell.
