#1 I blame the Saudi Govt that you are taught from a young age that's its ok to hate non muslims/infidels!

I was never taught to hate other religions when I was brought up so why do they do this in certain muslim countries?

#2 They are scared. Their religion (and meal ticket and path to power and control) is a violent house of cards which wouldn't stand up to five minutes of rational scrutiny.
