#7 Keep track of them? They are traitors who left to fight alongside America's enemies against America and her allies. They should have been arrested immediately upon return and then dropped from a B-52 over ISIS territory.

Any preachers invovled in that bunch could be given the Holy Option of being dropped upon Mecca instead.

#8 The only way I could support not immediately arresting them is if you wanted enough to come in to get a real bombing run going before arresting them in a sweep as I suspect the human bombs will dry up once the arrests start.
