#1 Actually, looked at from the right point of view, full marks to the NAA(L)CP for practicing what they preach on Diversity and Affirmative Action. For that matter, evaluating by content of character rather then skin color.

Remember a 'white' born in South Africa from many generations prior born there is never African. However, a 'black' born in America after many generations being there is always African.
