#2 The email indicated that Mosby herself wanted coppers to target suspected drug pushers.

It would seem that targeting a specific 'high crime' area would be a positive, something to embrace.... unless of course the targeting was against specific drug pushers and tribal 'turf' violations.

#3 One might wonder if pols get kick backs from merchants of unregulated pharmaceuticals who are granted de facto monopolies in their 'turf' much like those limited wholesale licenses granted in the legalized alcohol trade.
