#2 The U.S. has suffered under the non-leadership of an europhile POTUS and his acolytes. Since he is a weak leader and leads from behind, the effect isn't so great. It doesn't seem like many in the world have much confidence in him. Anyway, we are stuck with him for another year or so since Congress seems to be eunuchified to do much.
